Considered to be the defining issue of the Bronze Age of comic books, The Incredible Hulk #181 features Marvel's future fan-favorite Wolverine in his first full appearance in comics. Less than a year later (summer of '75 in Giant-Size X-Men #1) Wolverine quickly found himself thrust into the starting lineup of a brand-new X-men team that included Storm, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, and Colossus. The rest, as they say, is history! This is an exact replica of the action-packed cover by renowned comic book artists Herb Trimpe & John Romita and incorporates both color and engraving.

Each Marvel Classic Comic Cover is struck in 1 oz. pure silver and features color and engraving to bring each cover to life! There is a very limited MINTAGE OF ONLY 1,000, for each cover, so this is one of the lowest mintage foils ever produced! For authenticity EACH FOIL IS INDIVIDUALLY SERIAL NUMBERED!

This stunningly engraved premium silver foil features the first appearance of Wolverine from November 1974. This is an exact replica of The Incredible Hulk #181 by renowned comic book artists Herb Trimpe & John Romita and incorporates both color and engraving.

Please Note: Due to manufacturing issues resulting from the Pandemic, the Marvel Classic Comic Series no longer come with a collector’s tin. The foils are now packaged in a Pyrex holder inside a stylized full-color sleeve.
